cancellation policy
Please read through Alchemy Beauty's cancellation policy. A fee may apply in case of cancellation, no-show, or late arrival beyond 20 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. If you anticipate running late, please contact Tatiana promptly. Alchemy Beauty reserves the right to assess fees based on the circumstances.

Alchemy Beauty requires a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations or reschedules made within the 48 hour time window will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. Hourly or session based appointments will be charged the price of the first hour of the appointment. For further clarification, please reach out to Tatiana.
If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, we'll send a reminder notification and charge a 50% no show fee of the scheduled service cost to the card on file.

If you are needing to cancel due to illness/unforeseen circumstances, please contact Tatiana right away to determine next steps.
Refund Policy
Alchemy Beauty has a zero refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service please contact Tatiana right away to schedule a complimentary adjustment. There is a 1.5-week turnaround time for colors/perms and a 1-week turnaround time for haircuts.
Please be aware that requests for adjustments beyond these timelines will not be accommodated.
Additional Guests
To guarantee the comfort of all occupants of the building, we do not allow children/ friends/spouse in the salon unless they are receiving a beauty service.
If you need to bring your child/ additional guest reach out to Tatiana to arrange for that.
